He said it. We can choose to believe it and LIVE it! It's pretty simple, really...

There are those who consider this to be a controversial verse because it was written to exiled Israelites - for them, not for us. God knows (and that's what matters...) I am not a Biblical scholar, but I disagree; could the same be said of the Ten Commandments? I am in agreement with the explanation of Wyatt Graham. What I do know is that it came to me at a time when I was stubbornly questioning what was happening in my life, and it immediately spoke to my very heart and spirit. It fell right in line with a verse that had been painted on canvas by someone with whom I had a business relationship; I was her customer. She said she didn't know why, but that God told her to gift that painting to me. The verse is John 13:7. It says, "Jesus replied to him, 'You do not realize now what I am doing, but you will (fully) understand it later.'" (Amplified Bible)

It has taken me years to fully understand and accept that truly, He does have a plan for me, and to accept that my responsibility is simply to listen to His word, to believe His word, and to obey His word. As long as I do that, I do NOT have to stress and worry about tomorrow. AND...I have also come to realize that His "word" - at least in my life - can reach me in many ways. Certainly, it comes through reading my Bible, but it also can come by way of words spoken to me by others, by "coincidental" messages that appear in my social media (I don't believe in "coincidence"), and yes, even through dreams. He knows my heart, He loves and cares for me, and He will do whatever it takes to reach me!
